1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Mooseentertain you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") together with our Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the platform — not gambling
Mooseentertain is a free social gaming platform offered for entertainment purposes only. The casino-style mechanics offered on the platform (including Blackjack, Dice Roll, Keno and Hi-Lo Cards) involve no consideration, no real-money wager and no prize of monetary value. Accordingly, Mooseentertain does not constitute gambling, betting or a lottery within the meaning of the Criminal Code of Canada (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46), provincial gaming legislation, or any equivalent foreign legislation.
Virtual coins issued on the platform cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, exchanged or converted into real currency, goods or services of any kind. There is no path by which a user can win money or anything of monetary value on Mooseentertain.
3. Eligibility — adults only (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Mooseentertain. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally entitled to access entertainment-only social games in your jurisdiction.
We enforce a mandatory age-verification gate on first visit. We reserve the right to terminate the access of any user we reasonably believe to be under 18.
4. Your account and virtual coins
Mooseentertain does not require registration. Your virtual coin balance, statistics and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will reset your balance to the default starting amount of 1,000 virtual coins.
- Virtual coins are an internal in-game point system with no monetary value.
- They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted or exchanged.
- Refilling virtual coins is always free, unlimited and instant.
- We may at any time reset, modify or adjust virtual coin balances or game mechanics.
5. Acceptable use
When using Mooseentertain you agree not to:
- Use the platform if you are under 18 or in a jurisdiction where entertainment-only social games of this type are restricted;
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the games;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the platform code;
- Attempt to exchange virtual coins for real money, goods or services with other users or third parties;
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on Mooseentertain, including code, design, illustrations, copy, the Mooseentertain name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Mooseentertain is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooseentertain and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Because no real money is involved, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform is limited to CAD $50.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our processing of personal information is governed by Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws (including Québec's Law 25). 10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform. Continued use of Mooseentertain after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mooseentertain at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec.
